If it has been more than two days since your order has been shipped and movement is not reflected on the shipper's website or it has been more than 48 hours since the last tracking update, please contact us at info@koulturecanvas.com and we'll do everything we can to resolve the issue for you

Just return the product to us undamaged within 30 days. Custom orders are the only products on the site that are FINAL SALE items.
